Symbols & Features
There are a total of nine different symbols that can appear on the reels in Pixies of the Forest. Of these, seven are standard symbols that just offer payouts: there are three card values (Q, K and A), along with the slot’s three pixie characters (a blonde one, a brunette one and one with purple hair), with the last standard symbol the slot’s logo. As for the special symbols, there’s the Bonus symbol and the wild – as usual, the wild substitutes for all of the standard symbols (and not for the Bonus symbol). During the base game, the wild can only appear on the middle three reels, that is reels 2, 3 and 4.
Free Spins Bonus
If you land three Bonus symbols on a payline, you’ll trigger the slot’s Free Spins Bonus feature. For this, you have to select the Choose symbol that appears to reveal how many free spins you’ll get to play with – between five and 11. While you’re using free spins, the wild symbol can appear on reel 1 in addition to reels 2, 3 and 4.
Tumbling Reels
Pixies of the Forest’s Tumbling Reels feature gives you the chance to land numerous wins from a single spin. Whenever you land a winning combination, once your payout has been determined, all winning symbols disappear from the reels. They’re then replaced with new symbols dropping down from above. Once all symbols have fallen and empty positions have been filled, the game evaluates the reels again to see if you’ve scored another win. If you have, the process repeats itself. It keeps on going until no winning combinations appear on the reels. There’s no limit to how many wins you can get from a single spin.

Our verdict
Pixies of the Forest is a fun and quirky slot set in a magical forest. It uses the Tumbling Reels mechanic that can result in multiple wins from a single spin, plus there’s a free spins feature to look out for. Though the slot doesn’t have too much in the way of features, it’s still good to play, especially if you’re after simple, more straightforward slots.
